The design studio at Fabiia is led by Shija Walia, its Creative Director. Her design philosophy is rooted in human-centered principles, where the needs and desires of people form the core inspiration for every creation. The studio approaches each project with integrity and originality, supported by a multidisciplinary team of interior designers, product designers, architects, 3D visualizers, and graphic designers.

At Fabiia, we manage the entire fit-out process—from initial planning and project coordination to final execution. Our goal is to deliver high-quality spaces on time and within budget, tailored to the specific requirements of offices and commercial environments.
Our scope of work includes HVAC and MEP services, architectural and civil works, electrical and lighting systems, fire safety and security installations. We specialise in custom-built, made-to-measure, and fitted furniture solutions, along with loose furniture supply and installation—ensuring functional, efficient, and visually cohesive interiors.
