Fabiia Limited, trading online as fabiia.co.uk is fully committed to your total satisfaction. Fabiia’s website, www.fabiia.com  is operated by Fabiia Limited. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Fabiia Limited. "You" and "your" refer to person placing an order via this website.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms please contact our Customer Care Team on the contact details given on this website before placing an order with us.

All orders are subject to availability. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Fabiia Ltd. to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. On placing your order we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of your order email indicating that your order has been received, the items ordered and the payment total. Quantity and description of your order will be as set out in the acknowledgment of order email. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. A contract between you and Fabiia Ltd. for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will inform you once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company and the right to discontinue products.

The colour reproduction of the products is a close representation and computer browsers may present colours slightly differently. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you're delighted with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with tags attached.  UK customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days and International customers within 28 days. Please fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order with the following details:

• Order number (this can be found on the top of your invoice)
• Customer Name
• Customer Address
• Email Address & Contact Number
• Details of whether you would like a refund or an exchange

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR RETURNED ITEMS.

Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. not the colour you were looking for, not the right size, etc. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Once your returned item has been received by us, it may take up to 1 week to process your refund or exchange claim, or longer at peak trading times. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed and it may take up to 3 working days to appear in your credit/debit card account. We can only credit the card that was used to make the original purchase.

Delivery in the UK is FREE of charge and takes up to 4 working days. We use a courier service for delivering your order. Please note, your order can be delivered to an alternative address from your billing address for your convenience. For example, to your work address or to someone else's address as a gift. You will have the option to enter this information at the check-out process.

You must sign for the goods on their arrival. We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 days from receipt of your order, while the goods are in stock. If the goods are out of stock we will advise you of estimated date of delivery. We will contact you should there be a delay in the dispatch of your goods. For International deliveries you will only be charged one delivery charge for orders containing multiple items to one delivery address.

Please note that all deliveries quoted are based on Mon-Fri working days so please allow for this when ordering. While we will endeavour to deliver products to you as soon as possible, we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.

Prices

Prices of our products include Value Added Tax (VAT) for customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union and exclude delivery charges. The rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) is as applicable by law. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Prices on our website supersede prices published in other or previous publications.

Payment

All payments taken online by credit/debit cards are taken in a secure environment. We do not store Credit Card details and the payment by credit/debit Card is processed using SagePay (formerly Protx) as Payment Gateway provider. We also accept payment by credit/debit card via Google Checkout and PayPal which is done using their credit/debit card payment handling policies with Fabiia having no access to the credit/debit card details.

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express and payment by PayPal and Google Checkout.

We use VeriSign Secured and McAfee Secure to secure our website. We do not hold or collect credit/debit card details for any online payments.

Orders dispatched to addresses outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties. We will not be responsible for any import duties and/or charges that may be levied by the local authorities.
