Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you're delighted with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in original condition, unused, unwashed and with tags attached.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. UK customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days and International customers within 28 days. Please fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order with the following details:
Order number (this can be found on the top of your invoice)
Customer Name
Customer Address
Email Address & Contact Number
Details of whether you would like a refund or an exchange
PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR RETURNED ITEMS.
Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. not the colour you were looking for, not the right size, etc. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Once your returned item has been received by us, it may take up to 1 week to process your refund or exchange claim, or longer at peak trading times. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed and it may take up to 3 working days to appear in your credit/debit card account. We can only credit the card that was used to make the original purchase.
