*Please note: Our products are priced in UK Pound Sterling. Our website converts the value of the UK Pound Sterling to US dollars and Euros at the exchange rate prevalent on the day for customers from regions other than the United Kindgom and for those customers who wish to use our currency convertor tool. However the delivery price is calculated on the basis of the delivery destination and/or basket value with the base price set in UK pound Sterling.
We will charge only one delivery charge for orders containing multiple items to one delivery address. The order will be sent by Recorded/Signed For delivery. Please note the order can be delivered to an alternative address from the billing address for added convenience - for example, to the work address or to someone else's address as a gift. The option to enter this information will be available at the check-out process.
Goods must be signed for on their arrival. We aim to dispatch the goods within 3 working days from receipt of the order, while the goods are in stock. If the goods are out of stock we will advise you of estimated date of delivery. We will contact you should there be a delay in the dispatch of your goods.
All deliveries quoted are based on Monday to Friday working days so please allow for this when ordering. While we will endeavour to deliver products to you as soon as possible, we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you're delighted with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags attached. UK customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days and International customers within 28 days. Subject to us receiving the goods in the above-mentioned condition we will reimburse you the price of the item returned plus any delivery charges that you may have paid us.
To return an item please contact us (preferably by email) and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to which you would need to send the item.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number (this can be found in the Order Confirmation email and on the top of your invoice)
- Detail of the item(s) that you would like to return
- Your Name
- Your Address
- Your Email Address & Contact Number
- Reason for the Return: We would be grateful if you could help us to improve our product range and service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. not the colour you were looking for, not the right size, etc. However, please note that this is optional unless the reason for return is a faulty item.
We would like to advise you that it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us in the condition specified above. You may therefore wish to record/track the delivery of the returned item.
Once the returned item has been received by us, it may take up to 1 week to process your refund or exchange claim, or longer at peak trading times but will take no longer than 30 days from the date of return. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. The refund may normally take up about 3 working days to appear in your credit/debit card account but this time scale would depend on the processing time of your credit/debit card issuer. We can only credit the card that was used to make the original purchase.
